At Sasha Fit, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Some items are not eligible for return due to hygienic or safety reasons. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
